Simple Simon Tire Accessories Superstores 1

I bought tires with a warranty plan from Simple Simon on 9/8/2008. I got a flat (which is covered by the warranty plan) and brought the tire to Simple Simon on Monday, December 22, 2008, at 8:30a (1 hour after they opened). I talked with B.J. who told me that I had at least a two hour wait in order for them to change my tire. I told him that I would leave the tire and have them call me when they were done. I asked the approximate time that it would be ready and he told me around noon (3.5 hours from when I got there). I left him my old receipt so he would have all of the information he needed and told him to call if he needed any more information. I never got a call on Monday. I went back in on Tuesday, December 23, 2008, at 10:50 to pick up my tire. B.J. recognized my face and asked how he could help. I told him that I was here to pick up my tire. Confused, he looked around for a ticket. He asked to me follow him to the service shop where he showed me the tire, off the rim to tell me that I had a hole in the tire - I KNOW I HAVE A HOLE IN THE TIRE, THAT'S WHAT CAUSED THE FLAT. Nothing was done. My rim lay there without a new tire and looks like it was just brought in. We went back to the service desk and B.J. began to start a new ticket for me. He all day the previous day and 3.5 hours on Tuesday to do this. He told me that he would take care of me and get it done. 40 minutes later I got a bill for labor, another tire warranty and several non-sense fees. When I was sold the warranty I was told that everything would be taken care of. My bill was almost half of the cost of a new tire. I complained to B.J. that he should have this done much earlier (like Monday) and I shouldn't have had to wait 40 minutes. He told me that they were busy yesterday. EVERYONE IS BUSY EVERYDAY - JUST GET THE JOB DONE BY THE TIME YOU PROMISE YOUR CLIENTS. I don't understand that if I was in line to have my tire done in 2 hours (if I would have waited), why was my tire STILL NOT DONE (and work had to be initiated by me coming in) the following business day. Service like this is absolutely unacceptable.
