After treating my wife for over 5 years with a very condescending Attitude he suddenly without warning and no reason withheld treatment he should be investigated for malpractice

Poor patient interaction, lack of people skills, believes the MD means "minor deity." Basically cannot relate well and cannot "play well" with others.
