I give them a BIG FAT ZERO. They ruined my comforter and did not even offer to reduce the price of the bill. I was naive enough to go back with work clothes and they "melted" the buttons on one of my expensive blouses. And once again did not offer to reduce the charge. I have been in that store three times before I got my dry cleaning order, and I still don't have the ruined blouse. The owner was very defensive which is not a good business policy. I will tell all my friends and family to go elsewhere for dry cleaning!(The only good thing I have to say is that the clerk was very nice because I was very mad).Sue RivereCentral, LANo Stars deserved.
