Do not use this attorney. He was recently charged with a host of criminal charges and is a terrible attorney and a bragger. His ego is the size of texas and does not have anything to show for it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY. RUN. LISTED BELOW IS PUBLIC RECORD OF THE ATTORNEY. State of LA v. Robert David Hairford, No. 104569; Judge Marilyn Castle found defendant, Robert David Hairford, guilty of making harassing telephone communications by use of threats to the life and well-being of the victim (his ex-wife); the use of obscene, profane, vulgar, and indecent language to threaten his victim, with the intent to coerce, intimidate, and harass her, under Louisiana R.S. 14:285. He was sentenced to one year supervised probation; $150 fine; $141 court costs; anger management classes; 25 hours of community service to be served by assisting Domestic Violence programs; and, a Stay-Away order was issued to him, ordering him to stay away from the victim or face incarceration. Hairford objected to the stiff penalty, stating this was his “first offense, with no previous record.” However, the victim produced documentation proving Hairford had indeed been arrested and jailed in Florida for violation of a restraining order, criminal mischief, and violation of an injunction, to which he plead no contest and was sentenced to supervised probation and ordered to pay restitution and court costs. Judge Castle acknowledged Hairford’s prior record as an indication of propensity toward domestic violence
