The quality is poor to say the least. I ordered a burger and informed the staff that it was cold and they said they make their burgers ahead of time (!!!!) and heat them up when they're ordered!! How long is a precook burger safe to eat??!! So I ordered a chicken-n-cheese poboy the next time I ate there and it had chunks of burned something all throughout the sandwich which obviously had come from an uncleaned grill. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Government Street. The quality is always excellent and they do not cook their burgers ahead of time and they keep their grill clean as well as the rest of the restaurant.
