12/09/2007 | When I was a kid, about 1953, or thereabouts, all of the "dime stores" had soda fountains and a counter. You could get a cherry coke for a nickel or a dime, I can't remember now, at the counter, out of the fountain. Now that was LIVING and good tasting!

12/09/2007 | Completely overrated. Coca-Cola hasn't come up with a good addition to their lineup for over a hundred years; their only decent-tasting product is the original Coke. Still, that's better than Pepsi's track record!

07/20/2007 | i dont think i will ever stop drinking cherry coke. i have been drinking diet drinks for the past 5 years.. but.. as much as the diet cherry coke tastes good.. you just can never replace cherry coke.

12/27/2006 | The bottler for Western Canada has stopped producing Cherry Coke, replacing it instead with that godawful vanilla cherry coke and coke zero. I can't buy Cherry Coke anywhere in the country because of the fickleness of my coca-cola bottling company. What a crock!

03/20/2006 | I like it better than regular coke. This is the drink I always get at the movies. I like to bite off both ends of a twizzler and drink it. I know that sounds really weird, but blame my husband.....he got me into that habit.

06/02/2004 | It's the best-tasting soda they've ever made, one of the few I don't mind drinking on a regular basis. The cherry gives it that extra tang that I love. It still has that horrible Coca Cola aftertaste, but it's worth it.

09/05/2001 | I'm drinking a Cherry Coke right now, and it tastes pretty good. Cherry Coke has the perfect balance of cola and cherry flavors, and it's not too sweet. Another user mentioned a sweet aftertaste, but I can't detect one at all. I don't drink Cherry Coke very often, but it hits the spot every once in a while.

04/25/2001 | Cherry Coke is great, but probably not the best soda I've ever tasted. It's good when you're thirsty, and I love the hint of cherry, but the after-taste is very sweet and a little sickening. If you're eating something with it, it's fine, but I don't recommend drinking it by itself. . .

11/22/2000 | Cherry Coke is one of Coca-Cola's finest creations. Regular Coke leaves me wanting something, and also has an aftertaste. Cherry Coke is a lighter flavor, but still has the rich taste and the "Coke sting" of acidity. Cherry Coke also goes well with many foods.
