Through various court rulings the judiciary has further perverted the original text by fabricate rights and privileges not explicitly named. They have done this by expanding the privileges clause of the forteenth amendment (while ignoring the due process clause) and assuming the authority to declare rights from penumbras and emanations to be fundamental. Simply an exercise in judicial tyranny slowly dissolving the process of our government and our freedom through the drip, drip, drip of federal rulings that usurp the authorities left to the people as a body.
