She has potential, if she'd put on a little weight to lessen how child-like she still seems. She IS pretty, but the overly-skinny thing bothers me too much to rate her any higher.

What? She's just skinny, a very prepubscent body type, and an average face. Her ribcage poking out of her bikini in Eurotrip still haunts me. And she is not "way hotter" than Sarah Michelle Gellar, and hell I don't even think she's all that either. But at least she looks like a woman.

Really? Hmmm. Yeah, she looked pretty good in Euro Trip, and she's not bad looking in general. But we are talking about Hall of Fame here. Among the current actresses, Michelle seems more like the hot girls sister than the hot girl herself.
