Received a 6 cup Betty Crocker coffee maker as a Christmas gift. This unit is absolutely useless! It is impossible to pour from the pot without water running back from the spout and spilling, when filling, and would also encounter the same messy problem if pouring coffee. This was designed faulty and never test run. Terrible!
