Trash, even with the new style thermal carafe, they still dribble. The lid is almost impossible to remove without the ladies breaking a finger nail.

Already has had an electrical recall.

mine wnt out after only 1 year of use. I won't waste my time getting a new one since they didn't honor my 3year garentee!!!
