He should definitely stick to standup. After the first few episodes, his show was a total snooze. Either the writers became completely dumfounded for ideas or began experimenting with drugs. I dont know, but I sincerely dont understand how it lasted as long as it did.

Just a caricature of himself. I actually like him as Drew Carey the guy/standup, not the actor.

Great everyman appeal. Now that his TV show is over I hope he tries some adventurous movie roles as opposed to playing the Drew Carey persona in some crappy formula comedies. Perhaps a villian in a Batman movie.

I've seen Drew do stand up and he's funnier doing that than on his show most of the time
