04/17/2005 | I tend to go in streaks with what I order in a Mexican restaurant-and for a while I've been on a quesadilla kick-I stick with cheese and top it off with guacamole and hot sauce..I think it's a better version of a grilled cheese sandwich.

04/16/2005 | This is good snack food. Lots of cheese and meat, salsa and quacamole between two hot and browned tortillas and sliced into quarters. I love it when the cheese is just oozing all over the place. Yumm
