02/10/2006 | I love nachos. what i like is we can put which ingredients we like the best on them. I like a lot of the ingredients on mine. chips. salsa, cheeses, black olives, sour cream etc.

05/24/2005 | Nachos are some good eatin', but you have to have good quality toppings. I agree with texasyankee on this one. No globby orange cheese please. Cheeswiz does not count as a fine mexican cheese, or even any kind of cheese for that matter.

05/24/2005 | Oh yes. The only way I don't like them is that nasty cheese sauce from a can, or jar even. Has to be homemade stuff.

05/22/2005 | I like my Nacho's with homestyle tortilla chips, beans, big chunks of pork or beef with red or green chile suace and sliced jalapeno chile peppers, and smothered in lots of gooey melted cheese. Only an ice cold beer would make it better!

04/17/2005 | A great appetizer and probably the best Bar-Food going.I like them with the works-jack cheese,salsa,sour cream,ground beef,beans,onions,black olives and loads of jalepenos!!!Mmmmmmm!
