If I go bald, no combover for me. I'll keep what hair I have left nice and short.

There's no sense in trying to straighten just a little tiny strip of hair. I don't know as it lacks class, but it doesn't look good.

Rudy Giuliani used to do this, and when he'd smile, he'd resemble the skull on a bottle of iodine. Now that he's dispensed with that, he looks like a normal middle-aged guy, albeit an ugly one. Then again, he'd still be ugly, even with hair.

Some of the best comedians have cracked some solid jokes about this and I have to say that I don't understand why people still do it!! Just shave it all off, it has to be better than a comb over!!!

I don't think it signifies anything to do with class, but a whole lot about self esteem.

And I'm speaking as someone who has been bald for some years.

I personally think it's better to let nature take its course. If being bald bothers you, buy a hat!

Not classless, but embarrasing to the person who has to have a conversation with someone like this without staring at the top of his head.

Women like confidence, trying to hide the fact that you're bald (especially when we all know it to be true) doesn't show us anything.

Now THIS lacks class. You aren't fooling anyone and you look ridiculous. Shave your head and embrace your baldness for crying out loud.

This isn't the worst thing a person can do, but it can sometimes look a bit silly. When I get old, if I start to go bald, I'll shave all my hair off because it will make me look younger. But just leaving your hair the way it is with this big bald spot actually makes you look older.

Is everyone's solution to this problem shaving of the rest! No, I love hair, although I am a girl. If I were a guy, I'd do some research on decent products to make my hair grow thicker and faster back. Hey hair is cool!

Being in denial isn't necessarily lacking class; if you're already getting to the point where you could do a comb-over, heck, I say just go and shave it all off early, it looks pretty good on a lot of guys.

I think class is shown in many ways. The ability to know what is painfully obvious to the masses is one of them. I compare it to the woman who wears spandex or clothes 2 sizes too small and has fat hanging out all over the place. That is a no class act. I dont see this any different at all.

Don't know if I'd call this classless, but it certinaly in SILLY! Just put a razor to it and shave it when it gets that thin.

no it is not classless but everyone can tell what they are doing. it looks much better if they shave that combover and be bald.they look much nicer. hey bald guys can be sexy too.

Comb-overs are just sad and make the guy look desperate and way out of touch visually. If I were a guy going bald I would just buzz off the rest or cut it really short. Going with the flow so to speak makes you look way more sure of yourself.

Hey your losing your hair, everyone knows it so why try so hard to be something your not. Not a class issue, just silly.

Comb-overs? Nah, I never thought of it as classless. It can be annoying though.
