05/06/2005 | Thankfully I haven't seen this done too many times (and this is probably why the grocery stores I go to don't have bulk stuff anymore), but when I did catch someone doing it, they weren't little kids, they were the adults. And they'd use their bare hands rather than the scoop.

04/22/2005 | This is really selfish and inconsiderate. You don't know whether they have washed their hands or not or coughed into their hands when they have a contageious cold. Plus it is petty theft. It is wrong and inconsiderate to do this.
