I received a bottle as a gift and being a regular vodka drinker, I was pleasantly surprised. I had never heard of it, however it turned out to be very good. Smooth, no salty taste or any aftertaste for that matter. I will be looking for this Vodka in the stores from now on! A+++++!

Couldn't decide which vodka to get, but was sure we didn't want Smirnoff. Decided on a potato vodka, and since it was only a few bucks more ($14.99) for a fifth, splurged a little. A friend and myself couldn't believe how SMOOTH this stuff is. I'm not a heavy, or even seasoned drinker, but this was just perfect. Not watery, but very balanced. We took warm shots and mixed some vodka tonics, and it was excellent both times. Highly recommended.
Also got a 94pts from the national beverage institute (Stoli, Smirnoff, and Skyy all got 89)

In the decade of "What Vodka do you drink?", it is nice to know...That you can still find a nice priced Vodka! Think about the all the minus Eco Footprint points you can add up!...thus being a potato distilled sprit, from Idaho, US, State of the best potatoes in the country...I guess...Anyway, As a 30 something, I remember when people only would drink a particular Vodka...there was always a "new", "trendy", Vodka. Stoli, Absolut, Grey Goose...ect. The point is......Thank God! I can serve a premium Vodka at home, as the first drink, and then substitute it with Blue Ice later. No one seems to know, which is funny in itself... but It saves me mucho in my pocket. For the price...and my Eco footprint, it is pretty damn good. I just did a shot, so...perhaps I am a bit tainted to like/love this American Vodka....all good Cheers!

Jut purchased this for the first time (it was on sale, and the bottle was interesting) Wanted a potato vodka, and couldn't afford the usual Chopin.
This is very good! No harsh bite but still potent and clean.

I am not sure what the 2 star rater was thinking. This vodka has no salty taste at all. It's clean and one of the best potato vodkas I have ever had.

Tremendously smooth potato vodka with no aftertaste, no burning snsation, cheaper than very similar Chopin which makes it a great buy, Slightly sweet on apallet. You will love it

I was very excited to find an american potato vodka (Idaho spuds) but I was dissapointed. This vodka doesn't have the bite like Luksasowa but has a funny dry aftertaste that I can only describe as salty. My wife liked it but hates salty tastes and didn't experience the same aftertaste i did. I sold the bottle to my friend for 1/2 price he likes and drinks it on the rocks.
