03/03/2007 | I don't think people should play practical jokes on a person they don't know, especially if they don't know that person's personality. And sometimes, people can go a bit too far with people they do know.

06/18/2005 | I already find most practical jokes to be completely in bad taste--I am completly opposed to the supposedly-harmless practice of rolling a house, much less any more advanced type of practical joke. Doing it on strangers who could be perfectly innocent just makes it that much worse.

04/23/2005 | Believe it or not, I have actually seen this happen. It happened once at TAFE when I saw someone who I knew go up to a complete stranger, harrass him and shake his pants roughly. He was too starteled to do anything, especially since this joker was in a group. Or once, when I was a child and my mother was walking with me, we walked past a van and a lout quickly opened the door and shouted at us to frighten us. Just like PBeavr said, those types of people are brainless and one day, might pick on the wrong person. Plus I think it can be pretty tastless when you get these comedy shows which the whole theme of their show, is to play practical jokes on the public. It is a nasty thing to do, playing a joke on someone you don't even know because the victim may think that someone has a grudge against them and it can really upset someone.

04/12/2005 | Yes it is. If someone played a practical joke on me by putting a whoopie cushion under my seat and I sat on it and made a farting sound, I'd wanna know who did it. If I found out who did it and it's someone I don't know they would get their butts whooped.
