I have no idea who this is! We have never had eny experience with any equipmetn being stolen. If I knew who this supposed cusotmer was I would call them up today to find out what they think occured.THe internet is so easy to share lies on.

They could not fix my computer at my home, so took it to their office for repair. It ended up being stolen from their office! They offered plenty of excuses, but instead of giving me a similar brand\computer, they gave me a knock-off that I never heard of, and, of course the only place I could get the knock-off serviced would be the wonderful KBS computer solutions company! Like I ever wanted to see them again! Although the new computer functions, I continually find applications it won't run, including some PC games that are common and widely distributed. Don't take your chances with these goofs - they service commercial companies and don't care about individuals.
