Gran Centenari 5

I've had many teuquilas... some cheap, some expensive, some nobody's ever heard of, some that have been marketed with multi-million dollar budgets.

Gran Centenario Anejo is by far the best. Ever. Period.

I've polished off a bottle in one night playing poker with friends with no hangover the next day. That's what 100% pure agave means. Most other tequilas have additives which stain the taste and give you headaches.

I'll take Gran Centenario Anejo any day over the others. Even the more expensive Gran Centenario Reserve.

Gran Centenario Plata is one of the best values for the money I have found.  It compares to $50-60 blanco tequilas but is usually half the price.   I was able to buy it at the grocery store last time I was in Mexico for $8.   If you find yourself at a tequila bar, and want good shots for not a lot of money, this is the ticket.   Way better than Patron for half as much.

emath7 is right on. Cielo and Gran Centenario are far superior to Petron and usually cost less or about the same.
