As they admit to working in Georgia, they are operating illegally, as they do NOT have a license in Georgia to conduct investigations. Check out the Secretary of States website www.sos.state.ga.us under Professional Licensure. Put in the names of Karroll and Grant Bauer and Bauer Investigations, you will find they are not licensed to conduct investigations in Georgia. The State of Georgia requires all private investigators and private investigative agencies to be licensed through the Georgia Board of Private Detective and Security Agencies. If one is not licensed with that Agency then they are operating illegally and subject to fine and or arrest.
