The customer service at this store is so bad that I am writing to the better business bureau! They made a mistake on the matting for my picture. They were extremely rude and when I asked for a discount, the manager - Jeanie - said "absolutely not!" and actually hung up on me! When my husband came into the store, Jeanie sarcastically told him, "you know this a print and not an original." Of course we knew that. Other problems: sidewalk covered in ice, expensive, inflated prices, very small selection of frames.

I have been to almost every frame shop in town and nobody has been able to beat the prices at Kempers not to mention no one even comes close to the quality you can expect there as well. Also a good place to relax and just to look around in.

Kemper Galleries has the best framing in Colorado...and as far as I know the Country!!! I've never seen the prices they have on amazing real-wood frames and matting. I highly recommend that you bring in anything you need framed to them, I have for the last 20 years!
