I have had the worst experience in my life dealing with this "reputable" company. After I installed a new thermostat my furnace stopped working. I called the Furnace physician and they told that they can fix it and the charge would be $99 (to come out) which would applied toward the work plus any additional charges which exceed $99. When their technician came to the house it appeared that one wire in the thermostat was not properly connected. So he connected the wire (5 minutes at the most). Then they called me and said that the total would be $189 ($99 + $90) for 5 minutes work. When I called to dispute the outrages charges, Kathleen (the owner) was very rude and did not give me any chance to insert a word to talk to her. She was yelling and screaming at me, so even the most patient person would become crazy.NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

I too have issues with these guys honoring a warranty. They are impossible to get a hold of and have been rude at times. I'd recommend going elsewhere

IF YOU WANT ANY SERVICE AFTER THEY TAKE YOU MONEY I SUGGEST YOU STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!I would highly recommending staying away from this company. I had a furnace installed by them, before and during the installation the customer service was great. However (After installation), I have called Ken (owner) numerous times to complete installation (they had to leave one thing off for the inspector to see, promised they would come back to put it back on). They promised time after time to call me back and never did. Ken was even rude enough to hang up the phone on me during the middle of a conversation.THESE GUYS ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
