We are a local dealership and buy vehicles from virtual auctions from coast to coast. We have used Diamond Express exclusively and have been very satisfied. The vehicles always arrive when stated and they are in excellent condition. The driver always gives us a thorough report of what he found when he picked up the vehicle, so there are no surprises. The customer service is wonderful. We would recommend Diamond express to anyone who needs to transport vehicles.

we paid up front, diamond has our money. 3 weeks later and we are still waiting on our vehicle! First we had to wait 10 days before they sent a truck to pick up our vehicle. Then they sent the wrong size truck and it was unable to pick our vehicle up. Then we had to wait a week until they sent another truck. This truck broke down on the way. After learning that it would take a week to get that truck up and running again, they had the choice to send a rescue truck to finish delivering the vehicles. They chose not to do this. So here we are 3 weeks later and no vehicle! We will NEVER use this company again. Instead of trying to refund some of our money for a service we have paid for and not received, all they can say is sorry.
