The staff here are young and immature (high school) and act as though they hate their job and customers are an inconvienience.I have never worn contact before. I had to ASK for assistance on putting them in. I dropped one on the floor and the tech told me to "go ahead" without cleaning the contact. I am still waiting on a refund for the contacts I do not want. I have not recieved a refund yet and keep getting the run around each time I call. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
