I ordered packages from Trademarc for my son for a couple years at his preschool. On one package near the beginning of the year, they gave him an extra tooth looking mark on his lip, so I asked for a reprint. They did & fixed the mark, but removed his freckles! Instead of a refund, I asked for credit on the next photo packages from pics taken near the end of the school year. Everyone else picked up their photos & I had a refund check instead. When I called, the owner said: "Under the circumstances, we are choosing to not do business with you. We have 25,000 clients." There was no logical explanation for this attitude, as I've purchased over $300 worth of photo packages before and had one little legitimate complaint. Very poor way to do business and didn't even have the courtesy to discuss this with me. Then had the audacity to lie to the Better Business Bureau, accusing me of theft - he said I did not return all the photos in the flawed package! Why would I want a picture of my son with an extra tooth looking thing on his top lip? Pants on fire!! Avoid at all costs if you want anything resembling decent customer service and quality.
