I want to comment on the review from Ingrid Littrell. I ran into this review as I was researching for customer satisfaction comments on various companies I was considering to go to get some new contacts. I was actually leaning toward going to I Care Professionals. However, the lady that has posted this review is actually the companies own Optician. In fact their company website mentions that she founded I Care Professionals in 2001 and lists her as an owner. I immediately lost all respect for the company for posting reviews as if they were actually an objective consumer. I have since made my appt for eye exam and contacts with another company, largely because of what I feel was a deceitful review.

I must say: I Care Professionals provided me with a wonderful, friendly,professional and experienced staff. In the past, I always had a problem with my progressive lenses. Never was able to get it all in focus. After a thorough Eye exam I was fitted into the newest technology of Progressive Lenses. I no longer have to find where I best see out of my glasses. I highly recommend I care Professionals to any one.
