This bank increased my rate to 25% eventhough I made my payments on time. I tried to negoiate with them and they said "you wish you could transfer the balance, don't lie to yourself". Well guess what? I now have a 0% balance with Chase. Stay away from Bank of America, please.

You don't really want to do any banking here. It's chaotic, there's a rough crowd, and you certainly don't want to be withdrawing large sums of cash here.
