I'm not sure what the law is but I would think that unless it was confiscated or sold to pay fines or court costs it's still his. I would hope that regardless of the outcome of the current trial, Michael is not permitted to entertain children in the same manner as he has done in the past. If he wants to be chief engineer and ride them around in his little railroad that's fine, provided there is parental supervision or some other responsible party keeping a watchful eye on things. Personally I'd like to see him donate it to McDonalds and make a Ronald McDonald house out of it which would benefit sick children and their parents.
