The Fleetwoods are fully deserving RRHOF election in the same way Del Shannon fully deserved election. like Shannon, the Fleetwood's lack number of hits. However, like Shannon, the hits they had were so good, that even in small doses, they are deserving this full recognition. COME SOFTLY TO ME, followed by MR. BLUE, followed by TRAGEDY, in RR's inseption years 59 to 61 were giants of their day, and are still in a class of their own. Thier Woman, Man, Woman harmonization was rare if not totaly unique, and coupled with great vocal and arrangement talent has never been duplicted. Go with me on this one.
