You can not go onto the lot without sales people surrounding you for one. The other is that when you have a plan or x plan to use they really don't care to deal with you after they find that out. And last is everytime I have taken my vech. in out there they can not find the problem. They will call me to come and pick up my vech. and when I get there they tell me that they can't find anything wrong. The last time I went and picked up my vech. and they told me that I went out and started my vech. and then went and got the service writer and showed him the problem that they could not find! Then they wanted to keep it 4 more day's! After I got to looking over my vech. I discovered that the person who drove my vech. up hit a white pole with it and never told anybody about it. So, I went back and reported that to the service writer and they was going to contact me when the body guy came in to look at it and fix it and I have not heard anything since. That has been over 3 months ago!!!
