09/05/2004 | I met Gatlin at the 2004 trials where I was a volunteer. While i can't say my job, he was one of the nicest of any of the athletes I encountered. I think what makes him so great and so much more appealing than Maurice Greene is that he is good and knows it, but doesn't flaunt it to a disgusting degree like Greene. At the press conference after the finals at the trials, I wanted to puke because Maurice was so stuck on himself. I thought it was great that Gatlin won and Greene got third. I only wish Maurice could have lost to Crawford, another amazing athlete, if I do say so. So congrats to Gatlin.

09/02/2004 | I know Justin personally and he is a wonderful man. I think he is very humble and deserves everything positive that comes his way. He works very hard at what he does, and hard work promotes great success. Keep it up Justin!

07/29/2004 | Mr. Gatlin is just in his own league. Everyone is looking at Maurice Greene and I really think Gatlin is going to surprise the world. He's getting faster every meet it seems as it gets closer to Athens. I believe he's taking a GOLD medal home in the 100m!
