Walt Wallet? Skeezix? Rover? Hoogy? Yugo Farina? Very odd character names. Corny story lines with uninteresting results. Yet I read it every day.

This was once one of the greats, and was still fairly good into the 80s. I can't say I've looked at it lately, though.

This was a true, gentle American classic. It is still going after 75 or so years and is still funny.

I'm missing something, here. Are these characters even relevent anymore? This is another reason newspapers are dying. Old strips from the 1890's taking up space. Shame

Great strip that was dropped by the Tulsa World about ten years ago. Now you have to read the Daily Oklahoman to see the strip in this area.

One of the great story strips of all time and it continues to tell us stories about characters we care about.

Long running strip remains one of the best. Current story line is the best one in several years.

I love the Gasoline Alley strip. I have known Jim for over 20 yrs. and he is a remarkable person, wonderful cartoonist and great artist. I hope the comic strip will be around for my grandchildren to enjoy.

If I had to choose only one comic strip to read it would be Gasoline Alley.

Remember way back when skill and technique were good things for comic artists to have and cartoonists were required to draw well? Jim Scancarelli is a throwback to the lost days when cartoonists respected their craft and devoted themselves to it. Viva Gas Alley!

Gasoline Alley is art. I know it's a comic strip but...the artwork is what sets it apart from ALL the other strips. Jim Scancarelli has maintained the ideals of the original creator while keeping G.A. up to date since the beginning of his tenure as creator/artist. The talent required to handle all aspects (hand drawing/inking/storyline/humor) is rare in comics today. Long live Jeem!

The ALLEY is in good hands. Jim Scancarelli has taken this well-loved cast of characters and added his own dimension with great writing and an especially articulate, graphic style. LONG LIVE G.A.

A classic strip and one of the few beautifully drawn humor strips in a field of art school dropouts. Go Walt and Skeezix!

We sometimes forget the fact that Gasoline Alley is a 365 day job! Gasoline Alley is written and drawn by the same person. It is well conceived and delinated in a very clear manner giving life to the words and the characters. Thank you Jim for your great work.

Classic old stuff, that has been good for generations..... still good --- still enjoyable

A classic strip. Great concept of the characters aging in real time that really worked because the strip lasted so long.

The longest running continuing story strip is also far and away the best continuing story strip.
