Food and service is always fantasic!! we go there at least once a week. after trying many other indian restaurants in louisville. this one is no doubt...the best indian restaurant in louisville.
I think whenever you use plastic, anybody can make a mistake, there has been many instances when I have been charged extra at the grocery store, if they give you the money back, it shows that they are highly focused on customer satisfication and it is highly professioal......but I agree with vishal on one thing.. the food is good.

Food is good but make sure you check your account when you pay by plastic, they will put the tip for you if you leave the place blank and just sign it. I realized i signed on $18.5 and they charged me $22.3, when i called they said they said i can collect the money back in cash. highly unprofessional...
