The customer service in this store is lacking. It has been for years. The book-store is no longer locally owned either. Since the buy-out by Berean it seems to have gone down-hill even more. If you are going to get this type of stuff may as well pony up and go to the others (lifeway and family) as the Wellspring CBC is a corporate store now.
