Pooches Playtime has walked and boarded my dog for 8 years. He is a dog which must remain on leash at all times. He is a small dog but he is very independent and only listens when he wants to. One time during a walk with Molly, he wiggled out of his leash and collar and got lost. I was in a 45 minute meeting at work at the time. Molly called and left 4 messages during the 45 minutes (on my cell phone, work phone, home phone) in a panic so I could help find him. By the time I called her back, she had found my dog outside of the park. They treat my dog like family and I highly recommend them.

Pooches Playtime LOST my dog in Maclaren Park while I was out of town. I had to have a batallion of friends search the park and surrounding areas, but to no avail. Some 22 hours later, my dog found her own way back to a friend's home. I cut my vacation short and returned home immediately. I waited 2 weeks, yet never received any call from Pooches Playtime offering an explanation as to how they lost her, or offering an apology. Finally I phoned them. I gave them an opportunity to tell me what happened. I then told them that I was dumbfounded that they never even bothered to call me upon my return to either check in on my dog, offer an apology, or explain what happened. What do you think their response was? They HUNG UP ON ME. I am not kidding. Molly at Pooches Playtime, rather than answer my very legitimate questions, simply hung up the phone after announcing this call is over. If you love your dog, find a different daycare.
