05/17/2008 | Fazoli's is nice because it is fast Italian and they have free breadsticks (they used to bring them to your table but now you must go up to the counter). There really isn't much special about their food, like outstanding sauce or anything, but it serves the purpose if you have a craving for Italian without being super expensive.

03/11/2008 | Fazoli's is good for fast food Italian meals. If you are in a hurry and want a change of pace there are some decent meals. it always comes with breadsticks. and if you stay there you get unlimited breadsticks.{at least the last time we went there you did} It will not be as good as an authentic sit down restaurant. It is not badly priced there and pretty good food. for something different than burgers.

08/22/2006 | I don't know about other places, but I have rarely experienced good service in ours, in fact there for quite some time I boycotted them for their terrible service, but now I just don't ever go there, because they don't have enough help and you have to wait forever for some cheapo crap. Their breadstix are not that great people, you buy those cheapo breadstix in the grocery and bake them for a few minutes and there you have it, nothing special about them at all.

06/12/2005 | Inexpensive, but it should be, nothing more disgusting than sweet,ketchupy sauce on spaghetti. The spaghetti we had in high school tasted better than this.

05/22/2005 | The only things I really like here are the turtle cheescake, the pasta ceasar salad, and the breadsticks. But the breadsticks can be a gamble. Sometimes they are hot and buttery and other times they are bone dry and cold or way too salty. Also, when we first sarted going inside, there was someone who came around with a basket of breadsticks as you ate. But the last several times we've been, we have had to go up to the counter to ask for extra.

12/09/2004 | You folks giving it 5 stars need to get out a little more! Does not belong on this list-- clearly a fast food store. Food edible, breadsticks tasty, portions large. Lacks atmosphere, service, creativity. At best it is simply bad compaed to sit down chains and good compared to fast food joints. Bread sticks are tasty, but whose aren't? Looking for quick Italian, this is the place.

09/09/2004 | fazolis sucks @$$ i work there and i know its good for the most part but after a week you hate it--> the bread is just oil, garlic, salt, and, oh yeah, oil spread onto cardboard sticks!!
but upside is that they are different then burgers and fries. :-[

01/12/2004 | The breadsticks are amazing! Salads are great and having unlimited dressing is a nice plus when you're tyring to get kids to eat something green. The main dishes are great, portions are filling. The only downfall is that it is a fast food setting and you have to clean up behind yourself.

10/30/2003 | Fazoli's sucks!! It's a pathetic excuse for Italian food!! Everything consists of sticky noodles with watered-down, bland sauces & chicken with fat, tendons, & cartlidge cooked right in. I can't believe so many people actually eat there!

02/25/2003 | Fazolis is great fast food. The quality of the food is the same as some italian restaurants but the price is very reasonable. I don't really care about atmosphere and spending a lot of money, so Fazolis is exactly what I am looking for when it comes to quick italian food. Sure, some italian restaurants do a great job as well but many can't match Fazolis.

12/13/2001 | Fazoli's is pretty good for fast food Italian. Their spaghetti with marinara is pretty good and I love their breadsticks- nice, soft and garlicy! I recently tried one of the Panini sandwiches (chicken club) and it was very good! Yum!
