DO NOT GO TO HAUSFELD'S. My husband bought a gift card for me for Mother's Day for a 90-minute service. I called and they only had time for a 60-minute appt. so I asked if I could use 60 now and 30 later. They said yes - that was fine. When I went to check out after my 60 minute service - they told me a I had a $ balance left and that I would owe more money to come back for my 30 minute service. I said I wanted the other 30 minutes of my service since that was what I was told I could do. THey wouldn't do it - didn't have a manager on site. My husband called the corporate manager and the lady was nasty to my husband. I used to go the spa and get my hair done there - not anymore. My family doesn't go there anymore either! Don't give them your business - they obviously don't appreciate it.
