I like to keep a bottle of this around for when I have overnight guests who may use my shower. That way they don't have to use my personal bar of soap, but it is still a hypo-allergenic, moisturizing wash for all skin types. I prefer fragrance-free but none of the Dove scents are too obnoxious in my opinion.

I had a really odd reaction with this one... first use it made the skin on my belly unbelievably soft, though it didn't seem to do much about the rough dry skin on my legs and arms. Subsequent uses seemed to dry my skin overall, particularly knees and elbows, and somehow irritated my folliculitis-prone legs into new breakouts. It's taken a few weeks of using a nice St. Ives wash and persistent applications of lotion and shea butter to clear things up and bring my knees back from the rough scaly state they were in after using the Dove wash. Glad it works for some, but it's certainly not for everyone.

As far as body washes go, Dove has them all beat. Great price and great formulas. never drying and never irritating. Love the Nutrium Wash.. its the best. SMELLS DIVINE

Very Nice. Leaves my skin nice and soft. Also great to use while shaving. Only downside- I don't perticulary enjoy the scent of the moisturizing one.

i have used dove soap and body wash since i was a teenager. tried lots of expensive and inexpensive others, and they either don't lather up, or my skin is so dry and itchy. it's also great for shaving.
