Zurich is the largest city in Switzerland with an estimated population of 365,000 residents. Zurich is Switzerland’s main commercial center, and was the home of the Dada Art Movement, which began in 1916. Zurich is situated near Lake Zurich and the Limmat River runs through it. Zurich is a banking center, and many international, private “Swiss” bank accounts are located there. Tourist sites include: St. Peter, the largest clock face in Europe, Fraumunster, and Landesmuseum, the Swiss National Museum.
