. All Furniture is Quilt-Pad Wrapped at No Extra Charge.........They Quilt-Pad Wrapped ONE item, which is why so much of our furniture was DAMAGED!

Unfortunately for us, we checked the BBB after the move and found out they have an F rating and have had several complaints against them, two of which (as of today) are still unresolved. Do your homework, and DON'T use this company to move your belongings. The long-term stress and problems you will be dealing with are not worth it!

Arrived about 7 hours late, and after dark, for a noon appointment. Movers were dirty and smelled of alcohol. They removed the shelving from our wardrobe and then didn't bring it into the house. They had to come back with it the next day, and they just left it on the front lawn. They also lost 5 boxes of clothing and then required a notarized estimate of the value of the lost clothing, which came to $1200, and then they said they'd only reimburse us $80. That was in March, 2007; it's now July, 2008 and we're still waiting for the check. Do NOT use these movers!!!

Showed up at the end of the time frame given to me, around 5:30 pm. By the time they loaded the truck, it was dark outside. The movers smelled disgusting and they were extremely dirty. My mattress and couch are stained because of their dirty hands. One of the movers was constantly answering his cell phone. They couldn't get my couch into the new apartment so were going to leave it in the carport. Luckily, my landlord was there to guide them. I will never recommend this company. It was a hellish moving experience. Oh, and they didn't wrap any of the furniture.
