I don't know about san francisco, but i used bekins from fla to ky and they were the WORST!!. i informed the "sweet talking" agent, joseph about trouble and being leary about large movering companies, like allied used 2 yrs. before. joseph old me bekins has a great reputation and not to worry, "movers are the best."-----the son/father fought the whole move in fla, son stated he may not be in ky, which i didn't want to hear. while in ky, one bed rail missing, broken pieces of items, and WORST, my antique card table, which looked great, has one half of it completely ruined by water, like someone poured water on half of table/blanket cover. the driver, clifford bowe, ohio, said he would buy new bed rails, check with co. about table, he and company (talked to several times) no one has done anything, except for the letter stating "we are not responsible for anything, (now they have my money). I say this is an outrage that a big company can do this to a loyal customer and get away with it. i say that we need, as american customers, get together for a "real clean up" of companies like this!
