Selig strikes me as a bright guy who (like Jocelyn Elders) managed to say dumb things and do dumb things at times when the microphones were present. . .this one wasn't a bright moment in his legacy. . .

Selig declaring All Star Game a tie 1

I thought Mr. Selig did the right thing. Both leagues ran out of pitchers and players. You don't want to risk further injury if you keep the All-Stars on the field too long. 'NUFF CED!
