I would be the first person to say that on the outside i am not one of the lucky beauties.{ and there are always those people who think it is their job to let me know just how ugly they think I am} I agree with others that ugly on the inside is far worse. I met many who have a attractive face but are down right nasty. really it is too bad way too much emphasis, is put on outer beauty. and liking someone for how they are on the insideshould be more important.  The USA is famous for being obsessed with being attractive on the outside and making you feel like you are not worthy if you are not good looking.pretty sad.

Apparently I'd look alright if I shaved more often and kept my hair short. Oh well...

I must be average, then! If you wanna make it worse, shave my head! I found that one out in boot camp. I looked kinda reptilian for three months to be honest...

It is an unfortunate condition alleviated by learning the guitar or graduating from law or medical school. . .

  I'm not sure why ugly is ugly. It's not like we can really work out a prototype for what beauty is. But 'ugly' very useful in art.

Go figure!

Even for those who are considered beautiful by most, there's going to be people who don't see why that person is attractive. If I may go off in a tangent: after going to the zoo and seeing a bunch of naked mole rats, I had a thought. For the most part, I think most of us would see those little furless critters as pretty ugly. Then, you gotta wonder: Is that how other animals see us? As funny-looking, hairless things? Hm. Anyway, just a thought.

I like people who are ugly in the outside, yet are pretty in the inside. It's what you've got inside that really counts.

I've met some pretty ugly people in my life but they don't compare to the people I've met that were ugly on the inside. An ugly trait indeed!
