Americon Homes is in the practice of taking clients deposits, not delivering a product, then refusing to return thousands after a mutual release and a promise of returning funds within weeks. I have been waiting since May of 2006. I have found several other clients in the same position. Jeff Simler, VP of Sales refuses phone calls, inquiraries from attorneys, the BBB, and The State of Ohio Attorney General's Office. Think twice before you do business with this company. Judgements have been filed against this company ranging from my complaint to poor workmanship. Do your homework.
