The service is great! I have called from Louisville and Dudlin, Ohio and gotten good advice from the service managers. I have had five cars from this agency and had trouble with the paint on the hood and they fixed it out of warrenty. The fuel pump was defentive on one car and they checked it on their computer and they fixed it again out of warrenty again again!

Time after time this dealership drops the ball on many aspects of their business, from sales personal to their service department. Issues I have experienced extend from phone calls not being returned, parts not in stock, damage to my car after service was completed, sales associates not knowing product knowledge and unprofessionalism in the service department.
