 | ratmandu (1) 02/19/2005 | The most eliquent and beautiful cruise ship in the Caribbean and without question the best overall cruise and cruise ship I've ever been on !
The ship was extremely well organized, immaculately clean and the food was ALWAYS SUPERB !
And,no you don't have to go poolside to order hamburgers and hot dogs. We ordered and got hamburgers and hot dogs without fail at ALL of the restaurants.
You order them at ANY and ALL' of the restaurants and they call it into the grill and then the grill delivers your order to the restaurant where it is then timely served to your table with the rest of your meal.

 | douglas3838 (0) 05/27/2004 | We were surprised at just how poor this experience was. The boat was crowded, the food from average to below average. Things were just not organized well - for example, the main lunch restaurant did not server burgers or hot dogs (our kids favorite). To get these you had to go poolside. So each lunch was a big effort to coordinate two serving areas. The other down-side of having the grill poolside was the mess it caused. There were constantly spilled dished, fries and ketchup all over the deck. The staff was very slow to (if ever) clean things up.
The kids club was very crowded, and the attendants seemed overworked to the point of being out of control. The staff was surely, and did not have enough time to do the expected like have your kid wash their hands after a craft activity. And dont be 5 minutes late picking up your kids as to suffer the consequences.
The island was nice, but don't think you will get a seat on the beach. They a) don't have enough lounges for all the people, and b) don't police people putting out 5 towels to save chairs that are never used.
Compared to other cruises we have taken, the whole thing was poorly done, and the ship and its services were overextend. The best comment I heard that sums it up was What is different about a Disney cruise? - How much it costs. Save yourself some money and aggravation - don't take a Disney cruise.

 | abichara (60) 12/21/2003 | Above average cruising experience. Granted, the shows and the general experience are not adult oriented, but yet I found the service to be excellent and attentive. The boats were well maintained and unlike Carnival or Royal Caribbean, they actually take the time to prepare good meals. The sit down restaurant was excellent. The only thing is that there is little nightlife on this boat, being that it is more family oriented. Their private island is also very nice and scenic. Great, clear sandy beaches. They ought to expand into the deep Southern Caribbean market though.
