 | shupercousin (0) 03/09/2007 | When my friend and I walked into Jeff's Jeans during President's Day weekend, we were greeted by 2 nice ladies. They were mother and daughter, and offered to put money in our meter because we didn't have coins. After we walked into the store, I felt like we've walked into the lion's den. Each of the sales person followed my friend and me around the store, pushing their merchandise on us. I much prefer sales people who make themselves available on request, and not ones that are pushy. Even while I'm trying on the sweats in the changing room, the lady yelled over the door asking me: "How's it fitting?!?!?!" I wanted to shout back: "Mind your own business!" We ended up purchasing a couple of pairs of jeans and a sweat shirt, all were of average quality. In fact, some of their merchandize were quite suspect. Some had their original labels crossed out, and re-labelled as a different size. Are those even authentic Levi's jeans?!? When we tried to return one of those pairs of jeans, the customer service was rude. They were being snippy and difficult, saying things like: "I don't remember you" when we told them we bought them during President's Day weekend. Who cares, if we have the receipt?! Very rude, overly pushy, I would NOT RECOMMEND this store to those who prefer not to have items pushed on them by pushy ladies and those who prefer to be able to return products without being questioned and interogated. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!
