This Movie misses the 5 star mark only because of it's offensiveness. James Mason & His son,Perry King own a plantation.One of their biggest business' is breeding & selling slaves. King marries His Cousin....Hey I didn't write this stuff!!!!.....Susan George but She isn't happy because King spends His nights breeding with the slaves.So...............Susan takes up with the plantation's prize Mandingo,played by Heavyweight Fighter,Ken Norton. This one's gotta be seen to be believed ! This could NEVER be made today,much less by a major studio{Paramount Pictures}.
