01/15/2007 | 2500 is better. My brother had one that kicked ass but his truck's long wheel base and lack of a lift resulted in an embarrassing high center incident on a trail here in Arizona.

10/24/2005 | Chevy trucks are very tough. My dad and i both have 1/2 tons. These trucks will take the abuse for several years and never give up. We live in northern New Mexico and have very bad hunting trails, with deep ruts and large bolders, and deep mud. My stock pickup has took us up there year after year with no problems, (no offence to fords or dodges) but they don't take you up there year after year like a stock chevy pickup
