Makes a fine feature as an addition to any rural home and enhances the resale value significantly.

A country sans indentité. This is a sad thing, as it is actually a very nice place.

Hitch-hiking around Luxemburg when younger, one clear, crisp Autumn, i was struck by the extremely pleasant rolling hills and the colours of the woods.A surprisingly pretty little country, i thought.I came across Vianden,a small town in a lovely setting by a river, overlooked by a castle.Stayed at Echternach, another very attractive,(typically)clean town by the German border.Luxemburg city stands by a gorge,an impressive, unusual setting.A prosperous country, with its own identity;certainly not an anonymous extension of its better-known neighbours, and definitely worth a visit in its own right.A well kept secret.,so discovery seems more personal.

a lovely little country. The people there were suprised to see american tourists, it seemed. The country definitely has it's french influence, but Luxembourg has a vibe all it's own. The new modern downtown area is bustling with the traffic of everyday business. While the old town area is much quieter and peaceful. The old town looks like a bavarian fairytale setting. Big, lofty brick buildings decorate the walls of the strategic valley like layout of the city. It's like a huge park, with hidden stairways and numerous fountains. The food scene was rough for a vegetarian, but I got by. The people were very pleasant, and the weather that July was superb. Check this place out, it's truly beautiful.
